Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery happens within 5 working days in Cairo, 7 working days to delta and Alex, and 10 working days to Upper Egypt and Red Sea, given that the customer has submitted all his details as required e.g. (complete phone no. and detailed address including building no. / street name/ area name / city).
  • The lead time of delivery starts the next day of placing the order.
